Can I get some help viewing photos on my Lumia 540?

Trouble in viewing photos in my lumia 540

when photos are about to be viewed the apps closes of my lumia 540.can anyone tell me about this problem?

This type of problem is usually resolved in three ways:

1. waiting for at least an hour before trying again
2. restarting the phone
3. performing a soft reset (press and hold the volume down and power button keys until your phone reboots)

Shut down your phone
Take out memory card
Open it in your pc with card reader
Open the WPSystem folder and find all thumbnails files & folders and delete it.

Re-attach memory card to phone and wait until the system detects all photos, don't restart at all.
