Brand New 640XL Volume issues Headphones/Regular.
Hello.
So I Used my new 640XL At the gym to listen to music with headphones.
The phone worked great for around an hour until it suddenly switched the volume completely off.
I Tried to adjust the volume button up, but it was just like the button to adjust the volume down was stuck. So I tried loads of things, switching the phone on and off.
Removing the cover, and the battery.
The only thing that did work was to do a hard reset.
The phone works great now, but I've experienced the same issue after the hard reset at the gym. Then it worked by just removing the battery and start the phone up again.
Does someone have the same issue, and is this a Hardware or software issue?
