I bought a lumia 730 today. When i power it off it restarts instead of switching off. Tried it many a times. Still the same problem persists. Please help.
Why does it restart ? If i want to switch i off how should i be able to do that?

r u charging ur phone and trying to switch it off???

Try soft reset vol dn+power till ur phone vibrates
