Why can't I delete my temporary files on my Lumia 530?

my i can't delete my temporary file lumia 530?

my phone memory already full and i cant open Whatsapp. i already uninstall all the games, apps including Facebook and telegram. there's nothing left to be delete anymore. i want to delete temporary file but nothing change! another tips is reset the phone but i don't know how to reset it. i'm using Lumia 530.

if i reset the phone, does it means uninstall whatsapp too? how about my SD card? does it affected by this action( reset the phone) ? or all the things in the SD card would be okay?

Yes, it means it will uninstall watsapp from phone, on your SD card files like pictures, video, music... documents... will stay preserved, but apps installed on the SD card will not work, they will only occupy space.

You will need to download all your apps again from store.

And best save your pictures, music... etc. to PC, than format SD card for best performance. Than copy all files back to SD.
