Connecting my 930 and Windows 10 with Bluetooth

Hello,

I upgraded to W10 on my desktop. I am trying to share a file from my 930 to W10. I see it as paired. On the phone I click the files I want to share, a drop down appears. I choose share, then choose my desktop, it says waiting for a second, then error.

I tried the samething again, but on the desktop hit 'receive file' same thing, error.

How so I send a file over BT from my Lumia 930 to my desktop.

AND

Can I turn off Bluetooth on W10 - on my desktop. I can hide it from being located, but can I shut off BT?
