frozen on lock screen
My lumia 640 has given me this problem at least 4 times within the last 3 weeks when I purchased it. When I double tap or press the power button to unlock my screen, the screen remains unresponsive and refuses to unlock. My calls are coming thru and I see messages appearing on my lock screen but cannot open it. It seems to be that the screen is the problem not the actual internal memory. Can anyone help me with this? I desperately need a working phone and I'm very very unhappy with this lumia.
