Nokia Lumia 635 - keep getting message 'There is a problem with your Microsoft account'
Bought phone last week. Cannot import WhatsApp or indeed any apps ! Keep getting message that there is a problem with my Microsoft account and to sign into account.live.com from a browser. I have and it takes me round in circles. Can anyone help? I have a Microsoft account and it takes me to the Hello page and that's where we stay. I've been trying now for two days and it is driving me crazy. How do I fix this - please bear in mind I am 67, not a geek, but am well able to use a computer / smartphone.
