Moving items from phone to new SD card on Lumia 1520?

[Windows Central Question]

I just added a 32GB SD card to my Lumia 1520. I'd like to move some of the items that are on my phone (photos, music, files for work, etc.) onto the card. How do I do that?

Also, I've seen threads on here that mention issues with music that has been moved to the cards not being playable. I have enough issues with my phone giving error messages on the music app now without adding another complication. Would moving my music (subscription from XBox music) be a problem?

You need to use the "Files" app. Download it from the store if you don't have it.
