why lumia 520 is not turn on when i insert a memory card ?

i am using lumia 520 from 2 years. but now i facing a problem with this mobile. my phone is not turn on when i insert a memory card.

Make sure your battery is in the right way, make sure the battery is charged to test put in the battery correctly and plug in the charger, wait for the vibrate on to sound, note it could be a few seconds be patient. Wait for the phone to restart on its own.
