Bootlooping after hard reset, how to recover?

So, I tried Windows 10 preview on my Lumia 1020. I decided to return to 8.1, so I dowloaded the recovery tool and tried to reinstall 8.1. It could't reinstall it, so i wanted to restart the phone, but the screen wast working (actualy the time appeard as the phone was locked, but when i pressed the power button it went dark). Holding down the power button didn't helped at all, so I tried to hard reset it. Now the phone is looped, every time I try to turn it on it just start to load with the gears and then I get a sed :-( face and it turns of or if connected to a power source restarts. Any idea how to get it back working?

The 1020 hasn't got a removable battery? I had this on my 520 and pulling the battery out while on the gears resolved it

Sadly not, thats what I would have tried before the hard reset.

+1, I'm having the same issue with my L920 upgrading to build 10581. Boot, gears, :-(.

It won't recognize a device that hasn't booted yet. Both WDRT/LDR tools won't recognize the device.

Does it have an removable battary?, I am not an expert at that point
