Why can't I log into Office 365 on my phone (Lumia 640)?

Cant log into Office 365 on my phone (Lumia 640)

I have activated One year subscription of Office 365 on my PC, Now I am trying to run it on my phone.
After providing the Email and Password it throws an error "Something went wrong"

What OS are you using, Windows Phone 8.1 or Windows 10 Mobile, as WP8.1 will only allow you to login to a School or Enterprise Office 365 subscription?
