1520 W10 power and camera buttons not working.

So I recently got a 1520 att version on eBay. I've noticed that there are often times when either the power of camera button will stop working. It usually affects only one button and the other will work fine. They seem to alternate. I know there was an issue like this in the past but I thought it was fixed in an update. Does anyone have any insight on this?
