Why am I not able to see contacts in my Lumia 640XL phone?

Not able to see contacts in my lumia 640XL phone

Hello everyone, I am not able to see any contacts in "people" or "phone" under contacts. I am not able to dial the numbers though receive calls and then the saved numbers appear. I can even see the saved numbers in Whatsapp app. That means the numbers are very much saved but not visible. I have tried filter also with both the options. Any help would be very appreciated as this is very very annoying situation.

I have Lumia 640 xl dual sim 10586.107 w10.Check your account (Gmail, outlook)
Then try to refine the filters (mail,skype)

You are at w10-8-8.1???
