Navigation bar is really not hidden when games are launched.

I am using a Lumia 535 running the latest insider preview of Windows 10 Mobile. I installed many games such as Asphalt 8, Minion Rush, etc. But as I launch these games, the game window does not take up the entire screen as it is supposed to. Instead it takes up the space, excluding the navigation bar area, even if its hidden. Some games are almost unplayable as some menus are covered by this area. I have already given feedback, along with many others, through the feedback app. But there is no improvement even after a couple of new builds.
Is the problem caused by the fact that they were not made for Windows 10, but for WP8 and 8.1? Is there any workaround for this? Is Microsoft working on this issue? Are other phones affected in this way?
