Please help me fix this on my Lumia 535
Please help me fix this. I change abackground setting on the Lumia 535 i purchased, two months back. Now it only opens the personalized picture that i chosed. when i slide down. There is only the AVAILABLE, BLUETOOTH,CAMERA, CONTRAST, ALL SETTINGS AND NOTIFICATIONS SHOWING ON THE SCREEN. WHEN I TAP ALL SETTINGS IT TAKES ME TO A BLACK SCREEN ONLY. It does not allow me to get to settings and menu. All i can do is received calls. at the bottom is an error to the left the windows icon and the zoom button. the left arrow takes me to blue screen only. None of the other icons do anything. on the contrast icon i can change it to automatic, medium , high and low only. but still no menu....Help please i tried but no luck.
