Device Charging Slowly Notification

I have Lumia 640 with Latest public release of windows 10, about 15 dyas i got error " Device Charging Slowly i can't detect why that problem rise please help me if any one know about this issue.

Clearly, your charger is not providing enough power to your phone. Either get that checked, or turn this notification off.

I've had this and restarting the phone seems to take care of it. I think it's a software issue and not a hardware one at least with my phone. Try that and see if it continues.
