Hi all, was trying to download some games to my WP 8.1 (lumia 635) but the download fail and i get an error code : n101b0000...and when i retry it comes to 51% maybe and fail again,please help i dont want to do a hard reset to my phone :v..im living in morocco ,ty...Achraf

try a soft reset (restart) and check again
It might also be a store issue - so wait for a few hours and try again
Check your internet connection -try using wifi if you can
