In order to find out what's wrong you can try:
- A different cable.
- A different USB port.
- A different computer.
Otherwise, use the app Easy transfer, it's a lifesaver when you don't have a USB cable.
Make sure both the phone and the computer is connected to the same WLAN. Start the app. If you see a QR code in the app, tap it and you'll get the phnoes IP address instead. Enter the address in you computers web browser and you'll be able to access most of the phones folders.
