Hi All, a quick newbie question. I have the X3 with Desk Dock, and a great use of the dock for me would be to drop the phone in it for photo imports and charging up at the same time.
I have tried the USB-C cable plugged from dock port to PC port, but putting the phone in the dock does not make it visible to the PC. Plugging the same USB-C cable directly into the phone rather than the dock does it - it pops up in Explorer fine.
Does anyone know if I can use the dock this way with different settings or cables? Many thanks
