Nokia recovery too Download os again and again

I try to update my lumia 520 through nokia recovery tool but it downloading os again and again.
i Am using window 7 with 40gb free space i try 10 times but it downloading again and again please post me any solution

How much free space do you have on the phone, not the computer?

If you don't have enough then the download will never complete.
