Windows Central Question

Is it possible to sync iPhone Contacts and Calendar with my Windows Phone? If so please give mr very simple directions. I have 2000 contacts with notes etc and don't have the time or heart to type all of this info into my HTC M8 phone.

Your iPhone calendars and contacts are stored in an account. If you created these contacts in a third party email, like gmail, then you can just sign into that account with your Windows Phone, and you are done. If the contacts are saved in an iCloud account, then it will be a little harder, but it appears that there are ways to export contacts and calendars from iCloud to formats that you could import into a Microsoft account.

That's not always the case... you can add data to both the Calendar and Contacts app that local on the device and not synced to an online account.

OP, if that's you're predicament, you'll probably need to move them over to a synced account which can then be added to your WP.

You're right. I meant to say that his contacts and calendars are likely stored in an account.
