My phone can't be updated to Lumia Denim, why?

My phone is currently running Cyan with developer preview.
Im from Malaysia and in the Lumia denim page, it says the 620 has updates already available in my country but i have tried many, many times for the past few days to update my phone and my phone still has not received its update.
I have entered the language settings and changed my region back from US to Malaysia and it made no difference.
Why, what am i doing wrong? Do i have to roll back and uninstall the DP to actually get the update?

I have the same problem with my 525. Maybe because Microsoft hasn't release it for dp... So we have to wait I guess.

Region settings have zero effect on updates, just so you don't waste effort in the future.
Why don't you jump into the Preview for Developers app, and uncheck the checkbox there, and then see how the update goes.

If it works, recheck the box afterwards to reenable Preview updates which you'd probably want.

That is because you already have denim. The denim update for most lumias is actually just the 8.1.1 update. Nothing new except for the 830, 930/icon and 1520. F you have the latest pfd on your 620, you basically have denim. Your extras and info should say it too.

It doesn't, it says Lumia Cyan. I have just unrolled dev preview, im currently checking for updates again

Are you sure it worked? Because there's a popular glitch that it'll show lumia denim when you untick the pfd box. But you actually still in cyan. Tick the box back and wallaaahh! Cyan >,<

Wait...what? Its not updated yet? Noooooo...you're right. It says Cyan now. DARN IT. *sighs* ill just wait till it arrives. :eck:
