My mail people and calendar won't install any suggestions?

My mail people and calendar won't install any suggestions? I uninstalled because there was an issue with them and they were acting funny and would not update. I tried to reinstall and I get this 0x80246007 error code.
I tried to refresh my system but that would not work either. Any help and clues would be great.

He is using Windows, probably W10 Preview like myself, since I have the same problem which never happened in W8/8.1
