How do I cancel the update install prompt?

I accidentally enrolled onto the Insider fast and now I'm prompted to install windows 10 Technical preview build 10084. It is ready to install, so I assume it is already downloaded. Can somebody help me to get out of this one?

You can't get out of it, you will need to either install it, do a hard reset or Windows Phone Recovery.
