10166 Stuck on 0% download

I have been having this issue for days now, Update to build 10166 have been stuck on 0% , restarted several times, even free up some space on the phone memory, anyone with similar issues? Pls help thanks

It can take quite some time to start moving. Just make sure you have a good network connection and just leave it. If it still doesn't start after an hour or so, you might need to go back to 8.1 and upgrade from Windows Insider app again.

How about hard reset cos I just did
