Question using HealthVault in canada
I wanted to use healthvault to track some health information. It seems to work fine in my laptop (windows 8.1, I haven't tried it in the one with windows 10 yet) but once I download it in my Lumia 930 it does not work. The phone is set to be in USA region (I set that up some time ago to use Cortana and left it that way), however it does not allow me to use healthvault.
