Unable to install windows10
Current system is windows7, sp1. I get the prompt to install w10 'now' or reschedule it. Taking the option 'now', the pc shuts down and then restarts with the message 'Restart you computer to install important updates Windows can't update important files and services while the system is still using them'. If I click on restart, the system shuts down and then restarts with the same message. As far as I can determine, nothing else is running other than the upgrade.
