How can I get my games that I purchased to load on my laptop?

Ever since I downloaded Windows 10 I have had nothing but problems. All of my apps fail to launch and it won't let me perform a restore. I can't get Cortona to stop popping up messing everything up. It was bad enough with windows 8... I am fed up with windows, I want to be able to use my apps that I have made purchases on with no problems. I am pissed that the security system that I didn't approve of is blocking me from using anything on my computer as well.
