It won't let me Download apps

[Windows Central Question]

My Nokia illuma 520 will not let me download apps. It's also saying when I go onto email and accounts saying that they are not complete and need updating but also not letting me do that

Same ere seems to be a common problem with nokia lumias iv tried everything their a pigging nuisense? microsoft complaints stop making things so ott stupid!! cant even DL a basic app. Rubbish. if I find out I'll post it on!!
