Malayalam language not downloading

Language packs - Microsoft Windows



For whatever reason, Microsoft has tied use of Malayalam language and keyboard to English (UK) or English (US) only.

I am using English (US) as my system language (default) and I can access Malayalam language pack and keyboard.

I have no way to make it show for other default languages...

Honestly, I've exhausted what I've found on the internet and have no further advice.
