Why it does not accept my windows email password?

All over sudden my phone can not use apps like whatsapp, opera etc. When trying to update them it says these are installed in the SD Card, insert the SD can if you haven't, but if you have already inserted wait for the phone to load, but if fails to load whilist the SD card is inserted and the phone signals to have detacted the SD card. The other way round, the phone is asking for a microsofit account password, but when entered nothing is done, it goes one step behind as if the password is wrong. In short, when the SD card is inserted, the phone detects and says the apps are installed in the SD card but fails to update. Please help.

try to restart your phone first, if that doesn't work, remove the card and restart again

There are 2 kinds of resets - soft and hard. Soft reset is basically a restart. Hard reset is a factory reset - total wipe and clean install
