Ok, so how do you get the folders to prioritize certain aps for the bigger icons. ie - Chat --Skype being big, and messaging/whatsapp small? same with Social --Twitter....etc

It's random, I don't chose the apps that I want to prioritize. But it would be a great feature!

Yea, I knew the apps rotate. Just thought there was something I didnt know. Guess you took the screen capture at just the right time LOL.

Which weather app are you using?

It's called "Weather" by The Weather Channel. I actually like their live tile the best since its attractive and useful for my purposes. Also, they have forecasts for the area I live in, which many other weather apps do not.
