Hi, just wanted to introduce myself to the forum, I'm Hector, I'm 26yo and live in a small town in the middle of nowhere in Southern California.
My smartphone journey started with iphones back in the day, had the iPhone 3g and the 3GS, liked them pretty much because it was the only thing I knew. But after trying out my first Windows Phone back in I believe it was 2011, which was the Samsung Focus, I never went back I just fell in love with Windows Phones.
Used the Focus for about a year, then got the HTC Titan, after that I got a Red Lumia 920, and after that I got a Lumia 1020, Which just got replaced this past week for an HTC M8 for Windows. Altho thinking on trading it either for another 1020 or a 1520.
I'm a Windows Phone fanatic, I love this phones, I still have the Focus, the Titan and the 920, sadly the 1020 I lost.
One phone which I still lust over and one day hope to own is the Dell Venue Pro, I thought that phone was gorgeous.
So anyways that was just a little back story of my Windows Phone history, and I hope to become an active member on this forum, Thanks guys.

Mmmmm it's hard to say, they were all great phones, but if I had to choose it'd say the Focus, just because it was such a cool little phone when it first came out, followed closely by the 1020.

BTW I went to the att store today and was playing around with the 830, that thing is nice, feels solid and the aluminum frame looks great!

I have the 1520, my boy has the 930 and I have just bought my wife the 830 has her Xmas present, I really like my phone, would happily have a 930 and the same goes for the 830, I can really appreciate the "Affordable" flagship name, only played with it for an hour or so and haven't put an MS account on it so only scratched the surface, but I like it so far.

Welcome aboard, mate! The Samsung Focus was one heck of a phone. As a Verizon customer, I was always jealous of my buddies with the Focus.

I think you'll find this a welcoming place for WP Loyalists!

Well seems like At&t is taking over the whole US as even in the middle of nowhere we have at&t stores and LTE haha.

Hello Hector and welcome to the community. That's quite the collection of phones you've had. Glad to see quite a few of them are Windows Phones Anyway, hope you enjoy your time on the forums.

This is similar to how I begun my WP journey. Had the N97 mini and N900 before moving on to the Lumia 800. Currently rocking the 920.

Hector welcome to Windows Central from a very rainy SoCal today! I am running a Lumia 521 and eyeing a Lumia 830 when the price is just right since I am on TMO. We have a Lumia 925 as well in the family and it is preferred over the iPhone 5S, lol!
