Dear All,
much apreciated if somebody can help, My nokia 820 is almost new several times a day specially if I do n ot use it for a while(2-3 hours) when I want to make a call or even try to use any function I see black screen and a word reading: resuming , I can not do any thing till I remive the battery and put it back then the mobile works.
also seveal times when some body called me I answer and after we finish talking the screen keep showing the same incoming call and again nothing could be done till I remive the bettery and put it back again, then the mobile will works.
itis worthy to mention that I checked for software updates but I receive a message saying that my software is up to date
