I am going to blow it away, format the SD card, and use the nokia tool see if that helps. Another friend of my has the same phone and her's got better with 8.1 with battery life.

Battery Saver is not my friend, It reports 100% on phone. Not much help, A few other items come in at 2, 3 %. I did a factory reset. And it seems to have helped. Shouldn't have needed it, but oh well.

Hard Reset 5 time, Replace phone twice. Portico and Pre portico, It keeps happening. If it get's much worse I expect the airbag to deploy and the seat to recline.

My Nokia 822 with Portico Update still locks up from time to time. I got a replacement phone and it does it as well. It seems if you are a Bluetooth Power user, you'll likely get hit with this problem.

I have tried that, and the documents never appear. They are on the SD card, but nowhere in the applications. Does it only work in the Main Memory.

I have the Verizon Holster case. I like it, Until I dropped it and it cracked in the corner (I supposed it saved the phone, but still). So I superglued it. Then I dropped it again. Cracked in the same spot on both sides. Gives me the impression that there is too much stress in that section...
