Having issues installing the update 10586.63

I use a Nokia Lumia 1320, on Friday 8-1-2016, my phone prompted for a restart after downloading the new update 10586.63, which i allowed.
in the process of installing the update it loads to a particular stage and the phone display a SAD FACE smiley then restart and those the same, this has persist till this very moment i have tried the hard reset not working and i try to us my recovery tool still not working. please can any body help me find my way out of this. i love my phone so much.

Thanks a lot, please advise on what to do with the phone, i mean how can i restore the phone.
