I have had my phone for around a year now, and lately when I get phone calls or Skype calls, the display shows my call but there is no sound? It does this on and off for no reason apparantly, my ringer volume is on max, my media volume is on max and the phone isn't set to silent or vibrate, it drives me nuts because I just don't understand why it works some days but not others, or I get one call that rings properly and the next one makes no sound at all? It also does it with facebook messages, where I'll get a noise for most and nothing for others and the same with text messages.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
My phone is a Lumia 625. I have the 8.1 Update (8.1.14219.341)
