Tethering on 15254.12

I use a Lumia 950 as my general use phone. However, I also carry a GS7 to play Pokémon Go, which I do via tethering the GS7 to the 950. As of this morning, I am no longer able to use tethering on my phone. I've tried rebooting, updating, pulling the battery, and trying to do it over Bluetooth, rather than WiFi, along with all kinds of playing with settings. The tethering never goes, never fails, just sits on "Applying Settings."

Anyone else experiencing this or able to test and assist with a solution?
