Why facebook app in windows 10 crashes again and agin in Lumia 640XL

The official facebook app is so laggy and frequently crashes after using it for sometimes. I am using Lumia 640xl on windows 10 platform.

Uninstall it, reboot your phone, then install it again. It's such a bad app. Elsewhere try Facebook beta

I am also experiencing the same problem on my Lumia 540.
Instagram is not starting at all

try using it when it is installed on the internal storage and not on sd card

I am also experiencing the same problem on my Lumia 540.
Instagram is not starting at all

try installing them on local storage, try a soft reset
And for instagram - try using 6tag, it's better than the official app
