Why is my Lumia 1520 battery draining so fast
Hi everyone, I've been having a problem with my Lumia 1520 and I hope maybe someone here could help me understand what's wrong. I've had my 1520 for about a year, and everything was just fine. Then I started experiencing battery issues, which I first ignored. Now, about two months later it is impossible to ignore. The phone depletes its battery in 2-3 hours of web browsing. Earlier it could last me a day easily.
I've read a lot of stuff online, tried the soft reset, hard reset but nothing helped. To make matters worse, the top left corner of the phone gets heated after every soft reset or after 10-15 mins of use. After each soft reset the phone "loses" 2-8% of the battery, so if it's fully charged and I perform about 20 soft resets, I can get the "critical battery level" message and the phone will shut down.
Can somebody please help me with this?
