Wireless Sync

Has anyone got the wireless sync to work? My phone will connect, state that is is synching and Zune software shows the phone, but nothing will ever get transmitted to the phone. I even see a "percentage of content" being transmitted, but when I check the phone nothing I try to add is there. I always have to hook my phone up directly. I checked the firewall and everything seems fine there unless I missed something. but I've checked several times.

Wireless sync applies to your phone not requiring a connection to your computer(s): it does require that the phone be plugged into an outlet, in which case the wireless sync should begin instantly and work continuously. In the case of my Zune HDs, I can manually trigger a wireless sync when they are unplugged; WP does not have that option to the best of my knowledge, and I've guessed it's because of the relative battery-power capacities.
