Why Windows Update uninstalled my GTX 970 drivers?

i got a new update via Windows Update on Windows 10, it was a GTX 970 update, and it says that i got an error installing it, instead of that Windows Update uninstalled my last Geforce Experience Drivers and now i got "Windows Basic Display"
WTF is that

This is something that will happen with certain hardware and you will have to download the drivers manually. A couple of reviewers on the internet discussed this issue.

i know, i already did, but if i want new updates i have to "try again" and do the whole process again... u know, uninstall current driver, and error after installing the "new" driver... it sucks..

That is indeed a PITA and a bummer:-(
