Why am I unable to download apps from the new app store?

Not Able to Download Apps from New App Store

Hi All,
I have decided to install W10 for Mobile in my lumia 720 and everything went through fine. But now i am facing a strange problem with the new store. I am unable to install any apps from the new app store. The app downloads goes into pending status and then show as 'Try that again something went wrong'. Unable to install new apps build for w10.
Also looks like the notification is not working for the new outlook app.
Any resolution for these issues?

The store is in very early phase Give it sometime. Many things are broken being technical preview. Give it some time. Maybe after 2-3 builds it will work great. But as of now it is very unstable
