Critical error TP 10162

Hi all. Can you please help me?

I installed the above OS over windows 7. Install went well but the day after I went to log into my computer. It came back to the windows 7 home screen and a message saying there had been a critical error with Windows and cortana and it would try to restore if I sign out then in again. I've don't just that a few times with the same message popping up. I can open the icons on the screen but the start menu will not pop up.

How do I go about reinstalling the OS?

Hi.

Did you use an original iso? Do you have the recovery partition on your hard drive? Maybe its the reason why you can't make a correct install. :smile:
