install win10 from $Windows.~BT

Hi there,
please help me,
i got the $Windows.~BT folder in my C drive, Size is about 5.2 GB
and already checked for updates but can't got windows 10,
I have windows 8.1 and i can't see anything about windows 10 in the update history.
can anyone help me with the process?

If you have the folder in your drive check your network activity - it's likely you're downloading files to this folder in the background. The folder should be somewhere between 4-6gb in size when it's done. At this point it will also depend on where you are in the 'waves' of upgrades - some people can install straight away, and others have to wait a bit. The installs are being staggered so that Microsoft's servers aren't overwhelmed by all the people trying to get their free upgrade at once.

the size is not increasing anymore for hours
I'm in KSA is there is a way to know when i would be able to install?

Can we install directly from the folder? I can see the folder now with a setup.exe file. Can we click on that file to initiate the upgrading process or will Windows Update automatically do it for us?

you can't install through the folder directly.. i already tried it

I have win8/win7 on few of my PCs. One desktop is now updated with win10.
To save on bandwidth - download win10 on each PC - can I simply copy the $Windows.~BT folder to each PC?

Each PC has started their "download" of win10, which I have manually stopped from system updated options.

I am assuming, if I overwrite the incomplete download folders with the complete folder from the main PC, update module should discover content and simply run the install than continue to download stuff. Or is download different for each PC - based on PC config?
