Nothing but issues Window 10

I installed the last update for Windows10 and now I am constantly having to reboot my system and it is extremely laggy. I am unable to right click on anything on my desktop. I cannot add any new users as it will not add them to the users list in the registry or in C:\ Users.

I have tried all the fixes that have been listed. I type over 75 wpm and it has taken me over 5 minutes just to type this small explanation due to the extreme lag. I don't know what you did on the update but this sucks.

If I was a first time user of Windows I would never buy it again.

Sorry about that

Are you able to check task manager to see what is hogging all the resources? That might give a good indication of what is going on

I've checked Task manager and nothing is hogging. The Lagging is the least of my problems at the moment. Glad that was the one that you chose to answer. Anything on the not being able to right click on desktop or adding a new user to computer? I know those must have seemed nothing more than a nuisance. When I right click my computer crashes. When I try to add a new user Windows 10 doesn't recognize that a new user has been added in the registry.

I wonder if the right click issue is a driver problem. For several versions, if I touched my trackpad, the system would crash. They, finally, downloaded a new driver and that went away.
