how can i setup gmail to get my outlook mail

Hi, as the Mail app with Win10 does not work very well (slow to sync/loses sync) I am wanting to switch to Gmail for all my accounts - I can import my old Outlook mail fine but always get an error when trying to add the Outlook account for new mail. Does anyone know the trick to getting that to work?

go to your online gmail account go into settings . you will see add a account... there you can have your other email accounts forwarded to your gmail account.. i do this on a few domain accounts. it helps reduce spam...

ohh then you can add your gmail account to windows mail or your windows system and it will be integrated works great for me
