My Alcatel 4s phone did a updated on 8/3/2018. Display settings option is limited to only to low and automatic. The brightness stays low even in automatic. Found DBC app in the Microsoft Store that can control the brightness. I hope the next update will fix the display setting or I might have to do a hard reset.
