    Hi all,

    thought I would share my Samsung support experience I had today.

    I made the jump to an S7 edge, received the phone today and if I'm honest been struggling a little with the layout of the Samsung/Android UI being a long term WP user.

    I'm wanting to use my MS services with my new phone but none of the MS contacts synced with the devices default phone app contacts.

    Tried a few things which didn't work so I started a support chat with Samsung....

    changing default apps. I want to change the default samsung apps to google apps, e.g. camera, calendar, photos. Also I want to use my outlook account as my email account and for contacts.

    If you just keep the power button pressed down it will come out of downloading mode

    No this device will of been rooted but an app or software you have put on the device

    I bought it from the official website. I have done some research and its the muppet of a call advisor who doesn't know their *** from their elbow.

    The details I provided actually say the phone is stock and unmodified...

    Very bad support from Samsung! I have played around with the phone and at times was thinking about sending it back but now I have sorted all my issues out and I'm very pleased with it, although this is only the 2nd day.

    Would you please tell me how you fixed it, I tried flashing a stock rom from Odin and that wont even work always coming up with failure. Likewise I have also got 0 help from samsungs brilliant support team.
