Create Tiles for three sizes.The format can be set to 12h /24h

Because the tile is renewed every minute it runs only with a developer of unlock.

Hmm. It works only on dev unlocked phones? Interesting.

So, if ever this gets released on the WP Store, will it update the time every fifteen minutes or so?

No, every 30 Min.
So, this is the only way that it works.
